Outside pockets accommodate a cell phone and U-lock or journal. The Mercer is durable and is water resistant. The exterior is constructed from upcycled inner tubes. The adjustable shoulder strap is made from an upcycled seatbelt. There is an intterior sleeve and pockets, plus two exterior slip pockets. The Mercer is 11 x 13 x 3 inches. It is made from 75% upcycled material.
